Founded by Candice Lucas, Purity Health's mission is to empower our clients to take ownership of their health and well-being using a holistic approach involving education, plant-based medicine and nutrition.

Purity Health offers a range of services to help you achieve a greater sense of wellbeing and vitality.
Our approach is holistic, meaning that a person-centred approach is taken when developing treatment plans and relevant medications, helping to reduce stress levels, physical and emotional tension, and encouraging vitality and balance from within.
A key focus is within the importance of balance; helping the body and mind to achieve equilibrium. Chronic illness, Inflammation and Fatigue appear to be the root of many conditions felt by so many of us today.
Purity Health will help you take charge of your health. The integration of a truly holistic approach that is person-centred is key in supporting chronic health, preventative and sustainable healthcare, longevity and vitality.
Our History
Purity Health is the evolution of Candice's clinical business, previously Naturalibrium, and vision. From her previous clinical work that focused on medical herbalism, nutrition and hands-on holistic therapies, Candice wanted the ability to provide this to a wider audience opening up more virtual consultation space within her weekly clinic.
The role of plants and nutrition is a growing area in medicine, studied as part of the BSc Medical Herbalism course. All plants are medicine, whether drunk, eaten, or taken as medicine. After working within the world of massage and holistic therapies for 30 years, and with the growing demand for nutrition, plant based medicine and lifestyle coaching, Candice has ‘hung up her hands!’ to focus more on her passion to empower others through education, coaching and delivering workshops.
Having the ability to support clients from across the UK, and beyond, has driven the move to online virtual consultations and workshops, although Candice will still offer ‘pop up’ events throughout the year.
The passion of Purity Health is to support, educate, empower and coach you to better health, with preventative and sustainable health, fitness and wellness being at its core, helping you gain longevity, happiness, and vitality.
About Candice
Candice has always had a passion for health and wellbeing, with a history of working with clients via holistic therapies since leaving college at 18. Her interest in a holistic approach to support overall wellbeing, known today as lifestyle medicine, has been a strong guiding principle to all therapies provided throughout her career.
The love of education and empowering others led Candice into teaching. Now, with over 25 years of experience as a Lecturer in Further and Higher Education, she supports students within Complementary Medicine, and lectures on BSc Clinical Herbalism course. She has also written a BSc Complementary Healthcare and Wellbeing course, for which she is the Programme Lead.
At 33, Candice developed breast cancer, something that changed her outlook even further, growing her passion for Holistic Healthcare and Nutrition. After working with a clinical herbalist to support her own recovery and lifestyle changes, Candice decided to return to education herself, later graduating with a BSc Medical Herbalism in 2015. She is currently completing her Masters Degree in Personalised Nutrition, bringing even greater expertise to her clients.
Alongside educating others, Candice has owned health and wellbeing clinics, written and delivered numerous short courses around health and wellbeing, and delivered many workshops to the public, within schools, and within support groups and charity settings supporting others in achieving their wellbeing goals.
About Rahim
Rahim has a long and varied background as a fitness coach. After training soldiers as a British Army PTI, he set up his own Personal Training and Sports Injury Rehab business, with a series of gyms and clinics around the UK.
Rahim now trains a select few clients, focusing on that 'personal touch'.

With the addition of fitness coaching to Candice's portfolio of herbal & lifestyle medicine, nutrition and wellbeing approaches, this completes the holistic health circle for her clients."
